Infant Massage Classes

Infant massage classes provide thorough instruction and include techniques in Swedish massage, Indian massage, Reflexology and Conditioned Relaxation Response. In addition, you will learn relaxation and energizing techniques for yourself from the field of Educational Kinesiology! Plenty of time is provided during class to relax, enjoy and practice the loving art of massage with your baby. While making friends with other new parents you will experience the many benefits of massage for you and your child!
